How to use the application
The name of the municipality must necessarily be filled in.
The address field is obligatory only for the municipalities with more than one relevant office. The street number field is not obligatory.
If the address field is not filled in, then the municipality address will be considered as the address of residence.
The taxpayer may apply at any office for the information services and assistance, including the request for cancellation of irregularities.
For formal controls of the documents indicated in the tax return, , to cancel notices of payment or assessment, to present applications for acquiescence or declarations of estate, it’s necessary to contact the office having jurisdiction on the residence area of the taxpayer (relevant office).
