Online services
Online services are the safest, quickest and most efficient way to fulfil all your tax obligations online (send in your tax-return form, pay your taxes, register leasing contracts, report the start or winding up of a business, etc.) and to access your Tax Box containing information on your personal and tax details, refunds, tax payments made using forms F24 and F23 and other items.
Fisconline
All tax payers can use "Fisconline", including Italian citizens resident abroad, companies and bodies who do not have to submit the withholding agents' return (Form 770) for more than 20 persons and who are not already certified to use Entratel.
To access online services a personal identification number (Pin code) is needed.
It can be requested to the RevenueAgency:
- in the office
By presenting an identity document, once you get the credentials to access and the first part of the PIN code. The second part will be sent home. - online
From the website of the Agency, by accessing the link "Not registered". By entering some personal data, you will immediately receive the first part of the PIN code. The password and the second part of the code will be sent home. - by phone
Through the automatic answering service number 848 800 444 (telephone number allocated to charge - the caller pays a share of the cost of a local call).
Online services are in Italian only.
Entratel
Entratel is dedicated to all the subjects who are bound to send on line tax returns and acts (intermediaries, companies and bodies that must present withholding agents’ tax return (770 form) for more than 20 subjects (model 770).
